The Minersville Area Historical Society is proud to announce a partnership between our Historical Society and Kat's Café & Restaurant.

Visitors can now stop by Kat’s Café at 236 Sunbury St., Minersville, to see some of Minersville’s unique history on display featuring coal region artifacts and historical photos. Get a glimpse of what it used to be like here in the Anthracite area as far back as over a century ago!

Hours: Wed – Fri . 11 am – 8 pm; Sat 10 am – 8 pm; Sun 9 am – 7 pm

While you’re at Kat’s, experience the taste of authentic Slavic cuisine such as fresh pierogies, homemade soups, blintzes/crepes, or gołabki/halupki. Take in the history of Schuylkill County and the Old World while you enjoy a great meal.
